1. About Kasi Kits

Kasi Kits is a football jersey retailer operating in Tanzania. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Payment is processed via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa). An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Delivery

We offer three delivery options: Hub Pickup (free), Boda Boda (fee applies), and Intercity Bus. Estimated delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of collection/delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp at +255 797 342 987 — our team will guide you through the process.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched or collected. Once an order has been dispatched or collected, cancellations are no longer accepted. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +255 797 342 987 as soon as possible — cancellations are processed by our team.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kasi Kits is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
